Easy Fall Porkloin Recipe

Easy Porkloin Recipe

Here is a list of the ingredients:

Pork Tenderloin
Baby potatoes
1 Medium onion
Carrots
Mushrooms
Apple
Apple Cider
Olive Oil
Thyme
Oregano
Basil leaves
Rosemary
Parsley

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a 9 X 11 baking dish, place the potatoes and carrots on the bottom. Add salt and pepper, then place the porkloin on top of the vegetables.

In a mixing bowl, mix 1 medium chopped onion with a couple teaspoons of olive oil, little thyme, oregano, rosemary, and basil leaves. When the onions are covered with the mixture take it and pack it around the pork, making sure to push it into creases. Place this in the oven for 1 hour.

After 1 hour take the pork out of the oven and to the pan you will add a package of fresh mushrooms, an apple, and a half quart of apple cider (white wine can be substituted for apple cider). The apple can be sliced or diced, and the mushrooms can be sliced or left whole.

Then put the pan back in the oven for 45 minutes. When you take the pan out of the oven, sprinkle with parsley, and make sure to let the pork rest for about 10 minutes before you cut into it.
